  • 4 c. cooked chicken
  • 2 c. French-cut green beans, drained
  • 1 box Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice with herbs and seasonings
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 can water chestnuts, sliced thin
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can pimentos (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese
  • almonds

Directions

    Cook rice as directed on box.

    Mix all ingredients in greased casserole.

    Top with grated cheese and almonds.

    Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
