  • 6 or 7 medium chicken breasts (halves)
  • 1 carton sour cream (8 oz.)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 can water
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

    Cook chicken until tender.

    Remove skin and bones.

    Cut in bite size pieces.

    Mix soup, sour cream and lemon juice; pour over chicken bits to cover.

    Sprinkle with Ritz cracker crumbs.

    Cook in 350° oven until it bubbles through.
