  • 1/4 lb. margarine, melted
  • 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm corn bread stuffing mix
  • 1 chicken or 3 to 4 chicken breasts, stewed and deboned
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 c. chicken broth

    Mix margarine and stuffing.

    Sprinkle half in a 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish.

    Distribute small pieces of chicken over this.

    Mix the 2 soups with broth and pour over chicken.

    Top with remaining stuffing mix.

    Cover with foil.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour, removing foil for the last 10 minutes.
