- 3 lb. boned chicken breast
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 onion
- 1/3 c. white cooking wine
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 box Stove Top stuffing
Directions

1Cook chicken until done; cut into bite size pieces and layer in casserole dish.

2Prepare Stove Top stuffing; set aside.

3Dice onion and celery; saute in butter.

4Stir in soup, wine and mayonnaise until smooth.

5Pour sauce over chicken and top with stuffing.

6Bake at 350° until brown and bubbly.
