- 2 c. chopped celery
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 small cans mushrooms
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 3 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/8 lb. sliced blanched almonds
- 1 (7 oz.) small box Minute rice
- 8 cooked chicken breasts, cut up
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- paprika
- parsley flakes
Directions

1Saute celery and onion in butter about 10 minutes.

2Add mushrooms, bouillon cubes, soup, milk, almonds and Minute rice in order given.

3Cook slowly for 15 minutes.

4Add cut-up chicken and chopped eggs.
