- 5 to 6 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken, cut up into chunks
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm is good)
- 3/4 c. warm water
- 1/4 c. margarine or butter
Directions

1Boil chicken in water until tender, about 30 minutes for whole chicken.

2Drain water and cut chicken into chunks.

3Preheat oven to 350°.

4Put chicken into bottom of a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish. Pour soup and milk in and mix thoroughly with chicken.

5Melt butter in water and stir in stuffing.

6Spoon over top of chicken. Bake for 45 minutes, covering the last 20 minutes.
