  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 can cooking sherry
  • 1 c. shirred almonds (both optional)
  • 1 pkg. instant dry rice

Directions

    Mix rice with soup in baking pan.

    Place chicken breast on top.

    Pour rest of soup over chicken.

    Bake, covered, at 275° for 2 1/4 hours minimum.
