- 1 boneless chicken breast
- 2 -3 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dry coriander powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 -5 coriander leaves, chopped,to garnish
- salt
Directions

1Wash and cut the chicken into one inch pieces.

2Heat oil in a pan.

3Add garlic and salt.

4Fry the former till it is light brown.

5Add chicken pieces.

6fry for 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly.

7Add the masala powders.

8Stir for another 3-4 minutes.

9Check to see if the chicken is tender.

10Remove from heat.

11Add lemon juice.

12Garnish with chopped corriander leaves.
