- 3 chicken breasts, halved
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. Chablis
- 1/2 c. apple or currant jelly
- 1/2 c. raisins
Directions

1Saute chicken in melted butter about 4 minutes on each side. Remove chicken.

2Add Chablis and jelly to pan drippings.

3Simmer until jelly is melted, stirring constantly.

4Return chicken to the sauce.

5Add raisins.

6Cover and simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
