  • 2 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces and sauteed
  • 1 large can stewed tomatoes
  • 32 oz. can hot chili beans
  • 16 oz. can black beans, rinsed
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 jar salsa

    Saute garlic, onion and green pepper. Put everything into crock and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or high 5 to 6 hours.
