- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken halves, diced
- 2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans, drained
- 1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes (undrained)
- 1/3 c. chopped onions
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
Directions

1Mix all ingredients in a 3 quart saucepan, breaking up the tomatoes.

2Heat to boiling point, stirring occasionally.

3Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is white and the flavors are well blended.
