Chicken Chilli Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 500 g ground chicken
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 12 teaspoon garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce (I use hot, it is up to your taste)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 14 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 12 cup breadcrumbs

Directions

    Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mixing well.

    Roll into bite size balls, I find this recipe produces approx 20 as a guide.

    Place into a shallow baking tray that has been lined with baking paper and bake at 200 degrees for 20 mins, or until golden brown, depending on your oven, you may need to turn during cooking.

    We serve with a satay dipping sauce, the choice would be yours.
