  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 1 large sweet onion
  • chicken broth
  • 1 -2 teaspoon cumin
  • 4 -6 tortillas
  • 1 lb of white American cheese
  • 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans

Directions

    Cook chicken and shred.

    Add chicken, sliced onoins, and sliced peppers to a large skillet.

    Add broth (enough to simmer the mixture in).

    Add Cumin (taste to see how much you like in it).

    melt cheese on low heat with milk(add milk a little at a time so it's not to thin).

    When the onions and peppers are tender spoon mixture into tortillas.

    Fold like making a taco.

    Place in oven on 375 and cook until golden brown.

    Take out of oven and smother with melted cheese.

    On the side add beans, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream.
