- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- cooked rice, to serve
Directions

1Combine sesame seeds, ginger, sugar and soy sauce.

2Grill chicken over medium coals, or broil 6 inches from heat source, until cooked through, about 4 minutes per side. Baste with soy mixture frequently.

3Garnish with green onions and serve over rice.
