Ingredients

  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 celery
  • 5 potatoes
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 tbsp chicken boullion
  • 1 tbsp garlic salt
  • 1 dash oregano
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 small olive oil
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2/3 liter water

Directions

    Preparation- cut onions, celery and also peel carrot,potato then cut in same size as other ingredients and set aside.

    In a pot boil 2\3 liter of water and boil chicken .

    Once cooked, take thighs out and let it cool and place stock in bowl for later.

    In a pot add a little olive oil then chopped onions.

    3 minutes pass add in celery and stir.

    Now add in 1 stick of butter and let that melt.

    Once its all melted add in a tablespoon of flour and stir.

    Add in the chicken stock and stir altogether.

    Let that cook for 4 minutes on medium heat and you should start shredding your chicken.

    Add in celery and potatoes also 1 bay leaf, a dash of oregano, 1 tablespoon of garlic salt and black pepper.

    Stir altogether and let cook until potatoes soft and also mash a few.

    Add in chicken and heavy cream also corn.

    Cook for 4 more minutes and serve!
