  • 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 1 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

    Put shortening and butter in pan; put in oven.

    Mix Bisquick, salt and pepper.

    Roll chicken in it.

    Bake at 400° for 1 hour, 1/2 hour on each side.
