  • 1 stick oleo (or less) (butter)
  • 3/4 c. self-rising flour
  • 1/2 c. sweet milk
  • 1 c. cooked chicken, deboned and cut into bite size
  • 1 1/2 c. chicken broth

    Melt oleo.

    Pour into deep casserole dish.

    Make paste of flour and milk.

    Pour this paste over butter (oleo).

    Do not stir.

    Mix chicken and broth.

    Place on top of flour mixture.

    Do not stir. Bake at 325° to 350° for 1 hour or until brown.
