- 1 c. rice (Minute rice)
- 1 onion
- 1 sweet bell pepper
- 1 pkg. boneless chicken
Directions

1Cook chicken until well done.

2Fix 1 cup Minute rice well done.

3While this is cooking, cut up cabbage.

4Slice onion real thin.

5Slice pepper.

6Fry 1 package bacon until well done.

7Put cabbage, pepper and onion in a kettle.

8Put in a little cooking oil.

9After chicken, rice, bacon is done, crumble up in a bowl. Fry cabbage, pepper and onion well done.

10Mix after fried and cooked with chicken and rice mixture.
