- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 3 c. precooked rice
- 2 c. milk
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 lb. chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cut chicken breasts into bite-size pieces.

2Place in large skillet with margarine and mushrooms (drain juice from mushrooms). Brown chicken.

3Add cream of mushroom soup and milk; simmer 25 minutes.

4Bring to a boil; add precooked rice.

5Cook until tender. Add Parmesan cheese for additional flavor.
