- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 3/4 lb. slivered raw chicken
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 garlic clove, crushed or use 1/4 tsp. garlic powder (add with salt)
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
- 1 (9 oz.) pkg. Birds Eye French-cut green beans
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
Directions

1Saute chicken, mushrooms and garlic in oil in a large skillet until chicken is lightly browned.

2Add broth, beans, salt and pepper. Bring to a full boil.

3Stir in rice. Remove from heat; cover and let stand 5 minutes.

4Makes about 6 cups or 4 servings, less than 350° calories each.
