Chicken Cordon Bleu

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices boiled ham
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 c. Italian bread crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. melted butter

Directions

    Cut chicken breasts in half, then cut in half again and pound flat.

    Place 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of Swiss cheese on chicken and roll up.

    Do this until all chicken is rolled. Dip chicken in butter.

    Mix Italian bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese together and roll chicken in the bread crumb mixture.

    Place chicken, seam side down, in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Make Sauce while chicken is baking.
