  • 1 pkg. Swiss cheese
  • 6 pieces ham
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 pack crackers, crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Beat chicken breasts with mallet.

    Mix egg and milk.

    Place ham and cheese on top of chicken and fold over.

    Dip in milk mixture and then in cracker crumbs.

    Place on cookie sheet with a pat of butter on top.

    Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
