- 5 eggs, beaten
- 3 cups corn, baked
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup cream
- 2 cups boneless chicken, boiled
- 1 14 teaspoons salt
- 1 pinch ground mace
- 1 pinch black pepper
- tomatoes, slices de-seeded,to garnish
- 3 -5 carrots, sliced,to garnish
Directions

1Beat the eggs in a bowl, one at a time.

2Keep aside.

3Put the baked corn in a bowl.

4Add cream and butter to it.

5Mix well.

6Add chicken.

7Add salt, mace powder and black pepper powder.

8Mix well.

9Grease an oven-proof dish.

10Pour the above prepared mixtures of eggs and chicken-corn in the oven-proof dish.

11Garnish with tomato slices and carrots.

12Bake for 40 minutes at 150 degrees C.

13Serve hot with rotis or parathas.
