  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 3 cups corn, baked
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 cups boneless chicken, boiled

  • 1 pinch ground mace
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • tomatoes, slices de-seeded,to garnish
  • 3 -5 carrots, sliced,to garnish

    Beat the eggs in a bowl, one at a time.

    Keep aside.

    Put the baked corn in a bowl.

    Add cream and butter to it.

    Mix well.

    Add chicken.

    Add salt, mace powder and black pepper powder.

    Grease an oven-proof dish.

    Pour the above prepared mixtures of eggs and chicken-corn in the oven-proof dish.

    Garnish with tomato slices and carrots.
