Chicken Corn Chowder

- 1 chicken
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 c. or 1 medium onion
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- 2 c. diced potatoes
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can cream-style corn
Directions

1Boil chicken with the bay leaves, onions and bell pepper until chicken is done.

2Add the potatoes (can leave skin on) to the broth from chicken.

3Cook until potatoes are tender.

4Add 1/2 cup milk and flour.

5Cook 5 minutes.

6Add 1 1/2 cups hot milk and both cans of corn.

7Cook this about 5 to 10 minutes.

8Stir to keep from sticking.

9Serve with corn bread or Ritz crackers.
