  • 3 to 4 ribs celery with leaves, chopped
  • 1 to 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 qt. cold water
  • 3 c. corn kernels
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped (optional)
  • rivels

Directions

    Cook chicken until it comes off bones.

    Add rest of ingredients to broth, except the rivels.
