- 4 c. cornbread crumbs
- 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 1/2 c. cooked chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
Directions

1Saute vegetables in 2 teaspoons margarine; add to bread crumbs and mix well.

2Put 1/2 of mixture in 2-quart casserole.

3Cover with chicken.

4Mix together soup and broth.

5Pour over chicken and cover with rest of bread mixture.

6Press mixture down firmly

7and let set for 30 minutes.

8Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
