Ingredients
- 1 (5 to 6 lb.) chicken
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1/2 lb. thin spaghetti, broken in short sections (may need more)
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can pimiento, chopped
- 1 lb. hot Mexican Velveeta cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can mushrooms, chopped
Directions

1Boil chicken until tender.

2Remove from broth (about 2 quarts broth needed).

3Add broken spaghetti, peppers and onion.

4Boil until spaghetti is tender, about 20 minutes.

5Add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, pimento and mushrooms.

6Debone chicken. Dice and add to mixture.

7Grate cheese and mix until cheese is melted.

8Put in baking dish.

9May refrigerate for 24 hours before using.

10Place in a 400° oven for 30 minutes before serving. Serves 10.
