- 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 c. stuffing mix
- 2 lb. chicken parts
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Mix 1/3 cup soup, 1/4 cup milk, onion and parsley.

2Dip chicken in soup mixture.

3Roll in stuffing, place in shallow baking dish, 12 x 8 x 2-inch.

4Drizzle butter on chicken.

5Bake at 400° for 1 hour.

6Combine remaining soup and milk, heat, stir now and then.

7Serve over chicken.

8Makes 4 to 6 servings.
