- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
- 1 c. light cream
- 4 chicken breasts, cooked, skinned, boned and chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In a saucepan, melt butter and saute onion, garlic and curry until onions are soft.

2Stir in flour.

3Gradually stir in chicken broth and cream.

4Stir over low heat constantly until sauce bubbles and thickens.

5Add chicken, salt and pepper.
