Chicken Curry

  • 5 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 qt. curry sauce
  • 1 lb. chicken cooked (*)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 dash chili powder
  • 1 tsp. garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 dash ground fenugreek
  • 1/2 tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp. finely chopped green coriander

Directions

    Heat the oil in a large dep frying pan.

    Add the curry sauce and bring to a boil.
  3. 3
    Without reducing the heat, add salt, chili powder and chicken; continue cooking for about 5 minutes.

    Reduce heat and stir in garam masala, cumin and fenugreek; simmer for a further 2-3 minutes.

    Put the sliced tomato and half the coriander and cook another 2 minutes.

    Skim off any excess oil, garnish with remaining coriander and serve.
