- 1 lb Chicken (skinless)
- 200 grams Onion chopped
- 1 Ten pods of Garlic chopped
- 1 inch ginger chopped
- 4 piece Tomato chopped
- 2 each Green chilli
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
- 2 each Bay leaves
- 4 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp Chopped Cilantro for garnishing
- 2 Green chilli chopped
Directions

1Wash Chicken.

2Keep aside.

3Heat oil..

4When it's starts to smoke.. Do fire in low flame.. Add Bay leaves.

5Fry for one minute.

6Now add chopped garlic.. Saute for one minute.. B careful it should not be burn.

7Add chopped onion..

8When it gets transparent add chopped ginger.

9Saute for one minute.

10Now add chopped tomato n salt.

11Cover the lid for five-minute.

12Tomato become soft.

13Now add all dry ingredients...

14Except garam masala.. Fry them in medium flame... For five-minute.

15Now add chicken pieces.. Do flame low.. Cover the lid.. Cook for 30 min.

16Stir occasionally.

17B careful it should not be burn.

18So u have to check in between.

19After 30 min Chicken half done n starts to release oil... Now add two cups of water.

20Do flame medium.

21Cook till Chicken fully done..

22Now check with a fork...

23If it easily poke the chicken...

24It means Chicken done...

25Now off the gas oven... Sprinkle garam masala n cilantro.

26U can enjoy with steamed rice.. Any type of bread or Indian flat bread.
