  • 6 to 8 boneless chicken
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, cooked
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 3/4 tsp. curry powder
  • 3/4 tsp. lemon juice
  • bread crumbs
  • shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Put chicken in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish, then broccoli on top of chicken.

    Mix together soups, mayonnaise, spices and lemon juice.

    Pour on top. Sprinkle cheese on soup mixture, then bread crumbs.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
