- 3 chickens, boned and cut into pieces
- 3 medium onions, chopped
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 3 to 4 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Fry the onions in a large skillet until golden brown; add chicken pieces to the skillet.

2Stir until the chicken meat is white.

3Add 1 tablespoon salt.

4While chicken is browning, add curry powder to the onion and chicken while stirring for a minute. Add 2 to 3 cups of hot water to the chicken; cover and cook for 20 minutes.

5Add chopped tomatoes; cook 20 minutes or until how much gravy you want.

6Serve over rice.

7Reheat at 300° to 400° for 1 hour.
