  • 1 pkg. chicken Rice-A-Roni
  • 1 pkg. almond Rice-A-Roni
  • 2 (6 oz.) cans marinated artichokes, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 c. chopped red pepper
  • 4 cooked, cut chicken breasts
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
