  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken, cubed
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 medium chopped tomato
  • salt and pepper to your preference
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. curry powder

Directions

    Melt butter in pan.

    Cook chicken until done.

    Add tomato, water, onion, soup, salt, pepper and curry powder.

    Stir and simmer for 15 minutes.

    Add the cornstarch; cook until desired thickness.

    I serve this dish over rice and carrots and peas.
