- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken, cubed
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 medium chopped tomato
- salt and pepper to your preference
- 1 c. water
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. curry powder
Directions

1Melt butter in pan.

2Cook chicken until done.

3Add tomato, water, onion, soup, salt, pepper and curry powder.

4Stir and simmer for 15 minutes.

5Add the cornstarch; cook until desired thickness.

6I serve this dish over rice and carrots and peas.
