  • Boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
  • Diced carrots, onions and apples
  • Chicken broth
  • Pineapple Juice
  • Cornstarch
  • Pineapple chunks
  • Raisins
  • Steamed Rice

    Cook the chicken breasts until tender.

    Chop them into bite sized chunks.

    Cook the diced carrots, onions, and apples together.

    When the carrots are almost done, add the diced chicken.

    Pour in some broth and pineapple juice.

    Make a thin cornstarch paste and mix it with a little of the hot juices from the pan.

    Add this to thicken the mixture a little.
