- 2 tablespoons oil vege
- 1 onions small, finely chopped
- 1 garlic cloves finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1/4 chili powder
- 1/2 tablespoon ground coriander
- 300 grams ground chicken
- 1/3 cup frozen peas
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 2 sheets puff pastry
- 1 eggs lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 pinch salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 F line baking tray with foil

2Heat the oil in frying pan, add onion, garlic, cook over medium heat for 2 minutes until onion soft.

3Add the spices, stir for 1 minute

4Add chicken, stir well till all spices combine and chicken is cooked.

5Stir in peas, coriander, cilantro,salt and sugar.

6remove from the heat and cool down.

7spread puff pastry, use a cookie cutter to cut many circle

8Place a tablespoon of chicken in each center, fold over to close, use fork to seal it.

9Arrage in baking tray, brush with beaten egg, bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
