Chicken Curry Rolls

- 18 slices white sandwich bread
- 3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- salt to taste
- 1/4 c. butter or oleo
- 2 c. finely chopped cooked chicken
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/8 tsp. curry powder
Directions

1Trim crusts from bread slices.

2Roll bread lightly with rolling pin to flatten slightly.

3Combine chicken, onion, mayonnaise and salt.

4Spread filling over bread.

5Roll up each slice like a jelly roll.

6Heat butter with curry powder until melted.

7Brush over rolls.

8Arrange rolls in shallow baking pan.

9Bake at 475° about 10 minutes, until rich golden brown.

10Serve hot.

11Untoasted rolls may be covered with foil and stored in refrigerator for later use.
