- 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3/4 cup corn flake crumbs (bought in box or crush your own)
- salt
- pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Directions

1Remove cutlets from package and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

2Lightly flour each chicken breast.

3Dip cutlet into egg mixture and allow excess to fully drip off.

4Dip into cornflake crumbs.

5*Can be fried on heated pan with oil or baked on a lightly greased pan at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
