  • 3 to 4 whole chicken breasts
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3/4 c. celery, chopped
  • 3/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing

Directions

    Boil and cut chicken into bite-size pieces.

    Mix soup and evaporated milk and set aside.

    Saute celery and onion in the butter and add stuffing.

    Spread half of stuffing mix in a 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Add all the chicken.

    Top that with half of the remaining stuffing.

    Pour all of soup mix over that. Top with remaining stuffing.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
