  • 4 whole, boned chicken breasts
  • 1/4 c. margarine, melted
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley

Directions

    Cook chicken in butter in heavy skillet, 10 minutes on each side.

    Reserve pan drippings.

    Put chicken on platter, keep warm. Add lemon juice, Worcestershire, mustard and salt to pan drippings.

    Cook, stirring until heated.

    Stir in onions and parsley.

    Pour over chicken and serve.
