- 3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 lb. fresh broccoli, cut into spears, cooked and drained
- 1 can Campbell's cream of chicken and broccoli soup (use Healthy Request for less fat)
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
- 6 crescent rolls or biscuits, baked
- 1 small can or jar mushrooms
Directions

1Boil chicken until done, approximately 30 minutes.

2Drain and cut into chunks.

3In large pan combine soup, water, mustard and salt.

4Heat to boiling, add chicken, broccoli and mushrooms.

5Let simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.

6Add more water if too thick.

7Pour mixture over biscuits or rolls.

8Makes 3 to 4 servings.
