- 6 chicken breast cutlets
- 1 (16 oz.) jar Dijon mustard
- 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
- 1 (6 or 8 oz.) box seasoned croutons
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Crush croutons into small pieces. Generously spread with knife both sides of chicken with mustard and then sour cream.

3Then cover chicken with croutons and place in buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

4Bake, covered, with aluminum foil for 30 minutes.

5Remove foil and increase temperature of oven to 450°.

6Bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes.

7Serve hot.
