  • 6 chicken breast cutlets
  • 1 (16 oz.) jar Dijon mustard
  • 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 (6 or 8 oz.) box seasoned croutons

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°.

    Crush croutons into small pieces. Generously spread with knife both sides of chicken with mustard and then sour cream.

    Then cover chicken with croutons and place in buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

    Bake, covered, with aluminum foil for 30 minutes.

    Remove foil and increase temperature of oven to 450°.

    Bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes.

    Serve hot.
