- 2 boneless chicken breast portions (about 4 oz. each)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. chopped chives (optional)
Directions

1Season chicken breasts lightly with salt and pepper.

2Heat butter in skillet and brown chicken about 5 minutes on each side, pressing flat with spatula.

3While chicken browns, combine sour cream, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.

4Spoon over chicken and warm through a minute or two.

5Sprinkle with chopped chives, if desired, and serve.
