Chicken Dijon

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breast portions (about 4 oz. each)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. chopped chives (optional)

Directions

    Season chicken breasts lightly with salt and pepper.

    Heat butter in skillet and brown chicken about 5 minutes on each side, pressing flat with spatula.

    While chicken browns, combine sour cream, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.

    Spoon over chicken and warm through a minute or two.

    Sprinkle with chopped chives, if desired, and serve.
