- 300 g boneless chicken pieces
- 20 g butter
- 20 g garlic, peeled and chopped
- 20 g Dijon mustard
- salt
- 300 ml fresh cream
- 4 tablespoons milk
Directions

1Melt butter in a pan.

2Add garlic and saute the chicken fillets till half-done.

3Add mustard and salt.

4Smear on the chicken.

5Cook till done.

6Gradually mix in cream and milk.

7Simmer till the cream thickens.

8Garnish with spinach, tomatoes and roasted onions.

9Serve with garlic bread.

10Note: Hamour fillets can be used instead of chicken.
