  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 2 cans Veg-All, drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • 1 can cream of chicken
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 2 sticks margarine, melted
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1/2 c. milk

    Boil chicken breast until tender.

    Remove chicken and reserve 1/2 cup chicken broth.

    Debone chicken and cut into bite-size pieces.

    Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with Pam.

    Place chicken pieces in baking dish.

    Layer cream of celery soup and two cans of Veg-All.

    Add cream of mushroom soup.

    Stir 1/2 cup chicken broth into cream of chicken soup.

    Pour over casserole.

    Stir together flour, melted margarine and milk until all lumps disappear.

    Pour over the casserole and bake at 375° for 1 hour or until golden brown.
