  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 3 to 4 servings diced, cooked chicken
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 can water chestnuts, sliced

    Arrange asparagus in a shallow baking dish.
