Ingredients
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
- 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 c. cooked chicken breast, cut into 18 chunks
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions

1Cook broccoli according to the directions on package.

2Drain well.

3Lay the drained broccoli in bottom of a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.

4Combine the soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice; spread this mixture on top of the broccoli.

5Place the chicken on top of the soup mixture and sprinkle with the cheese. Mix the bread crumbs and butter together and spread on top of the cheese.

6Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
