- 3 chicken breasts, cooked
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, partially cooked
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. rice, cooked according to directions
- seasoned bread crumbs
Directions

1Place rice in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Place cooked broccoli on top of rice.

3Place chicken pieces, which have been precooked and broken up, on top of broccoli.

4Mix mayonnaise, soup, cheese and lemon juice together and spread on top of chicken.

5Sprinkle top with seasoned bread crumbs.

6Bake at 325° for 25 minutes. (Also good made with asparagus.)
