Chicken Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 fat fryer or baking hen
  • 1 skillet cornbread made with 6 eggs
  • 2 c. chopped onions
  • 2 c. chopped celery
  • 3 boiled eggs

Directions

    Boil onions and celery in 1/2 cup water.

    Mix all together. Use enough broth to be juicy.

    Salt, pepper and sage to taste. Bake at 450° for 30 minutes.

    (May add 1 can chicken and mushroom soup.)
